8 Healthy Snacks

1) Homemade Salsa and Tortilla Chips or Tortillas (Corn and Flour)

2) Cottage Cheese with Almonds or Walnuts

3) Healthy Deviled Eggs (use 1/2 yogurt and 1/2 mayonaisse, etc)

4) Banana/Apple Salad with Yogurt/Cream Dressing

5) Apples and Peanut Butter

6) Homemade Pimento Cheese on Celery

7) Cucumbers, Baby Carrots and Ranch

8) Cereal and Milk
